George Eustice, Member of Parliament for Camborne, Redruth and Hayle recently welcomed Secretary of State for International Trade, Liz Truss MP, to Cornwall on a visit to Rodda’s Cream.
Rodda’s are an excellent local and international company, exporting its clotted cream and other products across the world putting Cornwall on the map. Now that we have left the EU, and have set out making trade deals across the world, there is an opportunity for Cornish brands to continue to grow.
George said “It was great to visit Rodda’s Cream recently with the Secretary of State for International Trade and hear about the important work they do promoting Cornish brands all over the world. In recent years brands such as Rodda’s and others like Fal Fish have been developing rapidly, attracting wealth and interest to the region. We have so many fantastic companies locally that are blazing a trail and boosting Cornwall’s reputation as a great place to live and work.”
