Recently George took the time to visit Moseley Museum at Tumblydown Farm in Redruth.
The museum showcases the engineering prowess behind the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site. From riding behind former locomotives which actually worked in the Mines, to exploring the fantastic collections of Model Railways, the museum is a great place to go to learn about more of our unique heritage and even see a replica of The Murdoch Flyer.
George said, "It was great to visit Moseley Museum and experience all the great attractions that they have there. I loved seeing all the train sets and learning more about the area's mining heritage. Colin Saxton has done a fantastic job with the museum and if you're looking for a fun day out then be sure to give Moseley a try."
