In the run up to Small Business Saturday on 1st December, local MP George Eustice, has called on everyone to shop more locally and help support our local businesses.
Recently George popped into Kath’s Kandy, a new shop on Trelowarren Street in Camborne, that sells a huge variety of cards and traditional sweets. The shop was beautifully decorated and had an array of products that would make perfect gifts. Kath’s Kandy opened three weeks ago and already many are talking about it as one of the best shops to buy sweets in Camborne.
George Eustice said, “I would encourage everyone to pop in and visit Kath’s Kandy, whether its to buy a card or get some of those old fashioned sweets that will bring back all those wonderful childhood memories. I myself bought some raspberry bonbons, an old favourite of mine and something which I haven’t had in a long while. The sweets really are great and its always great to see new businesses opening up and breathing new life into our high streets.”
